The Training Initiative Group is on a mission to become a market leader in the delivery of high quality apprenticeship training.
Due to growth, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic and innovative tutor who can deliver a range of apprenticeship standards in
Business and Management, to join our team.
This role is to recruit a permanent team member and not a freelance tutor.
You will enjoy working with apprentices from a range of backgrounds and skills and must be able to offer inspiring and motivational training and support.
- Develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Monitor and track their progress
- Support high achievement in their End Point Assessment
- At least 1year professional experience delivering in education and training
- PTLLS or Level 3 Award in Education as minimum
- Relevant assessors award e.g., CAVA
- Functional Skills (Maths & English) at Level 2 minimum
Apprenticeship Standards for this role
To deliver across a range of standards that may include:
- Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor
- Level 3 Business Administration
- Level 4 Junior Management Consultant
- Level 4 Associate Project Manager
- Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager
Desirable attributes
- Delivery of any other apprenticeship standards relating to
Business and Management: - IQA qualified and experienced

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
