Commercial Finance Business Partner

Cheltenham with up to 3 days WFH

£55,000 - £60,000
A highly commercial Finance Business Partner position with a growing Cheltenham-based service sector company.

The role is largely free of month-end commitments, leaving you free to business partner with all departments, working closely with them to understandperformance drivers.

Reporting in to a terrific FD, you'll be working in a fast-paced SME environment where you will enjoy a lot of autonomy and responsibility with a broad scope to influence change in a company that promotes flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

Ownership of the Board pack and associated KPIs
Providing P&Ls, cash flow and profitability analysis for new commercial deals
Partnering with functions to understand performance drivers
Engaging with Sales to carry out pricing reviews
Driving the budgeting and forecasting processes
Finance lead on business case appraisal
Working with key stakeholders to deliver process improvements

Ideal skills and experience

Previous experience in budgeting, financial reporting and financial analysis
Qualified with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Previous experience of business partnering
Advanced Excel skills
