Job Title Customer Support Officer


Location Sheffield Office


Pay scale £24,000.00 per annum


Contract Permanent


Hours 37.5 hours per week


Job Summary Reporting to and working with the Systems Manager to develop and implement effective administrative systems and provide an excellent customer service facility. This is a busy and varied role, interacting with our customers and working to tight deadlines to support the day to day operation of SFJ Awards


Key business skills necessary for the role?

  • Good computer and telephone skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Process Driven
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of a data base system or a willingness to learn

What does the daily work look like?
Co-ordinating the release of exam papers or results for all our centres. Printing and posting of certificates for centres.


This job requires some days in the office. Please consider if you are willing to relocate before applying.
