Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor at our site in Foyleside Shopping Centre.

Reporting to the Operations Manager.

Your role as Site Supervisor will include:

Managing the day to day running of the car park whilst maximizing revenue and ensuring all users of the car park receive exceptional levels of customer service;
Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an effective and professional manner, and to provide efficient resolutions to queries;
Accurately completing all administrative tasks, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures;
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for providing feedback on team and individual performance;
Managing and training the team to ensure daily and weekly tasks outline by line management are achieved within the agreed timeframes;
Developing or executing employee feedback and recognition programs
Creating and managing team schedules
Sending reports on weekly takings and any discrepancies
Training new hires, when required
Completing Cash Collections
Ensuring Paystations are in good working order and completing repairs when required.
Providing administrative support to line management as and when required.
Have previous supervisory experience
Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and motivate the teams to get results and meet service delivery requirements
Be able to interact effectively with customers/clients at all levels and to meet and manage customer/client expectations
Have a strong set of personal values which match those of the organisation and the vision of the Company
