Do you have experience of working in a production environment? Are you on the lookout for a new role where you can utilise your experience?


About the role:


  • Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30am5pm & Friday, 7:30am1pm
  • Based on the outskirts of Swindon (own transport required)
- £13 per hour, weekly pay


Duties / Responsibilities for the Production role:

  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation and product quality
  • Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

Skills:


  • Experience of following processes and working to deadlines
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Good handeye coordination & spatial awareness
  • Ability to work precisely with an eye for detail

Pay:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
