What you'll do:
You will comprehensively maintain and maximise existing business across the petrochemical sector, while developing and nurturing potential future business opportunities across your region.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities include:
Driving revenue and profitability to contribute to the sector growth strategy.
- You develop and execute sales, marketing and account plans to increase market share.
- You create new opportunities, using solutions developed by Aggreko to enhance our customers production and profitability developing new accounts and the continuous relationship management with accounts.
- You respond to customer emergency requests for support with critical utilities failures providing a solution that exceeds our customer expectations.
- You ensure systematic reporting of account and market data and sharing insights across the matrix to the benefit of Aggreko's customers' expectations.
- You heighten the profile of the company in its markets by building and creating recognition as an industry leader in innovation and progressive product solutions.
- You prepare and submit proposals that include technical and commercial details of the client's needs in accordance with Aggreko's terms and conditions and compliant to our quality, health and safety standard.
- You propose fleet and services developments to answer customer and legislative needs.
You will be experienced working in commercial sales, gained either in an internal or field sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
As such, you will have a deep understanding of a wide range of technical products:
temperature control, HVAC and power generation related. Experienced operating in a fast paced, rental or hire environment is a plus but not essential. Good understanding of the sales cycle, has a well-planned and well-structured approach to sales.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external). Must have effective negotiation and closing skills and be able to work under own initiative and with limited supervision.
As this is a field-based role it is essential you hold a full, clean and valid driving licence and willing to travel extensively within the region.
