The Role
We are looking for someone to represent the INEOS brand at BCA Corby.

The primary purpose of this role is to be point of contact between customer, site operations, business support and BCA Logistics.

You will be responsible for the control and coordination of all brand assets and communication.


Responsibilities

  • Pipeline reporting managing inbound arrivals
  • Liaising and coordinating all transport requirements with BCA Logistics
  • Book vehicles for VIP and marketing purposes
  • Fleet manage all live vehicles
  • Attend review meetings between BCA and the customer
  • Respond to any customer queries
  • Customer support with any onsite queries

Skills and expertise

  • Previous experience of working with other manufacturers
  • Previous experience of working within an onsite coordinator or administrative role
  • Good people & communication skills
  • Good operational and planning skills
