Sales Ledger Controller - £25,000 - Full Time - Office Based

REED Accountancy and Financein Norwich are delighted to be working with a Norwich City based client who now, after a period of expansion, find themselves needing a
Sales Ledger Controllerto join their close-knit finance team.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 (Full time equivalent) and Part-time hours will be pro-rata.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

Maintain and reconcile sales ledger accounts
Banking, cash postings, and posting to the ledger in the accountancy software
Be involved in all aspects of Credit Control and debtor reporting
Process all credit references for new customers in accordance with company procedures
Verify and receipt all income against sales invoices
Take all cash and cheques to the bank as required
Monitor and review credit accounts
Completion of ad hoc financial accounting tasks
Ad hoc duties to assistant the Management Accountant and Financial Controller
Previous Sales Ledger or Credit Control experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage workload and take initiative
