Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend products or services to enhance their experience.
  • Up sell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.

Salary:
From £23,403.24 per year
