A growing retail business in Leeds is looking for their next Finance Business Partner to join their team working on a hybrid basis.


Responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Own the businesswide budgeting and forecasting
  • Evaluate P&L's, balance sheet and cash flows
  • Cashflow & treasury management
  • Accountable for all daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
  • Analyse sales performance and margin
  • Monitor and challenge business performance
  • Managing and guiding 2 direct reports
