Telecommunications Project Engineer
Venn Group are assisting a London based organisation in their search for a Telecommunications Project Engineer who will be be responsible for creating High
- and Low-level design documentation and delivering all Telephony elements of key projects.

Salary:
£43,745

Location:
London

Benefits: 30 + days annual leave (not including bank holidays) and pension scheme contribution

Job responsibilities include:

Upgrading and maintaining telecommunications systems including the following:
Be the Telephony Technical Lead for project work
Troubleshooting and monitoring to resolve any problems / issues
Running routine tests on telecommunications systems to ensure that all components are functioning correctly
Documentation of current infrastructure including MDFs, DPs, Tie cables and structured wiring
Tidying and rationalisation of the telephony system and infrastructure
Contribute to the Telephony service / product roadmap
A minimum of 5 years' experience with installation, maintenance or support of PABX systems
Experience of delivering telecoms projects
Good working experience in the following;
Krone frames and CW1308 cabling
ISDN30 and PSTN circuits
SIP Trunks
Analogue Telephony
SIP Telephony
SBCs
MS Teams
Possess a good understanding of data networks
Have good verbal and written communication skills
