JOB ROLE

  • Our Norwich branch is looking for an Administrator to join the Service and Maintenance team to provide a full range of admin support

Main responsibilities:

  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls effectively.
  • Liaise with customers and arrange for engineer site visits to be completed on time.
  • Plan jobs and delegate to engineers, ensuring they have the information necessary to be able to deliver an excellent service to customers.
  • Provide maintenance quotations to new clients following installation of new equipment.
  • Be responsible for the renewal of maintenance contracts.
  • Production and administration of invoices.
  • Chase quotes.
  • Compiling and Updating F-Gas database records and asset lists.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experienced administrator in a busy, reactive working environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and databases.
  • Ability to deliver excellent Customer service.
  • Good Time Management skills with the ability to prioritise and react to changing customer needs in a calm and effective manner.

Hours

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
