JOB ROLE
- Our Norwich branch is looking for an Administrator to join the Service and Maintenance team to provide a full range of admin support
Main responsibilities:
- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls effectively.
- Liaise with customers and arrange for engineer site visits to be completed on time.
- Plan jobs and delegate to engineers, ensuring they have the information necessary to be able to deliver an excellent service to customers.
- Provide maintenance quotations to new clients following installation of new equipment.
- Be responsible for the renewal of maintenance contracts.
- Production and administration of invoices.
- Chase quotes.
- Compiling and Updating F-Gas database records and asset lists.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced administrator in a busy, reactive working environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and databases.
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer service.
- Good Time Management skills with the ability to prioritise and react to changing customer needs in a calm and effective manner.

Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
