Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.


MAIN PURPOSE/FUNCTION OF JOB:

  • To provide full administrative support to Personal Assistants and General office

MAIN DUTIES/TASKS:

  • Providing support to the employees and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks.
  • Making travel arrangements which includes hotel bookings, train journeys and flights.
  • Ensuring digital records are accurately updated and managed in a timely manner.
  • Implementing processes/systems for the recording of information.
  • Assistance to reconcile credit card purchases.
  • Inputting invoice details onto PO system to pass on for approval.
  • Once invoices approved to send to accounts for processing.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, equipment's, and replenishing stocks.
  • Maintaining the company's documentation retention spreadsheet
  • Diarising car park expiry dates and renewing as necessary.
  • Keeping the office environment tidy
  • General ad
- hoc duties as and when required.


QUALITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience within office administration role or similar
  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, use own initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and organise own work effectively.
  • Organised team player with a cando attitude
  • Must be able to work office based
  • Monday to Friday hours 8am4pm and be able to travel to additional sites if needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£23,250.00 per year
