Administration Assistant.

Fit for the Future (FftF) is a portfolio of 4 programmes spanning across the organisation from fundraising to UK operations to our internal services.

It aims to create an efficient & agile organisation with the right structure, services, skills and ways of working to empower our people to deliver Strategy 2030.


What you'll be doing


As an
Administration Assistant based within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will play an integral part in supporting our transformation programmes.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well organised, has strong attention to detail and is eager to learn and get involved.

The overall purpose of the role is to provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the Portfolio Management &Transformation Team and direct administrative support to the delivery of the Fit for the Future Portfolio.


What we are looking for

  • Experience in a support or administrative role
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Adaptable in approach, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to use Microsoft 36
  • Experience of using Outlook for diary management and using SharePoint, MS Teams.
  • Experience of using online video conferencing tools including MS Teams and Zoom
