I am seeking a nursing Home Manager to manage a Small to medium sized Nursing Home; a Nurse qualification is essential.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

  • Overall running of the care home and improving capacity.
  • Management of staff, Liaising with the council and NHS
  • Managing budgets and focusing on recruitment. Trying to market for more local residents.
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Nursing Care Home Manager Requirements:


  • Experience leading a Nursing Home Manager.
  • Nursing qualification.
  • Experience working with the Elderly.
  • Good Clinical Knowledge
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
