CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Manager, Legal & Contracts to join a small Global Pharmaceutical Company at their site based in Central London on a permanent basis.

Location:

For this position you will be located at the clients Central London office and required to be present on site for 3 days a week (always including Wednesday).

Senior Manager Role:

The aim of this role will be focused on providing legal and compliance guidance across the companies departments, making recommendations to relevant members of senior management, functional heads and study team.

Responsibilities will include to:

Providing legal and compliance guidance and full support for all Legal and Contract activities under the direction of the Head of Legal & Contracts.
Under the direction of the Head of Legal and Contracts, provide guidance and legal support on relevant laws, regulations, and codes relevant to the promotion, marketing, and sale of pharmaceutical products in the UK and EU
Lead the implementation of relevant processes or procedures.
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of drug development, commercial and noncommercial agreements that protect client's fundamental interests and in a manner consistent with company rules, practices, and policies.
Conduct research on legislative issues and new legislation affecting the company.

Your Background:

Proven experience of being an integral part of an earlystage pharmaceutical companies' growth and evolution into the marketing, promotion, and sale of its own products in the European market.
Proven experience overseeing, drafting and reviewing contracts development.
Knowledge of the principles of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process, including post marketing approval laws, regulations, and codes.
