4Leisure are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Representative on behalf of a franchise gym based in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting role for an experienced salesperson who has knowledge in corporate sales and a passion for health, fitness, and well-being.

As a Field Sales Representative your role will consist of delivering and leading the sales process, corporate outreach, along with lead generation You will also support with the retention process as well as sales planning and execution.

You will need to be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to present to an audience, as well as having commercial and financial awareness, along with the skills to convert a lead to a membership.

You will also need to be proficient in MicrosoftExcel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This role has a basic salary between
£25,000-28,000 plus commission (OTE £32,000).

You will also be provided with all the relevant training, complimentary access to the gym and all fitness classes, along with a company pension.
