CRM ANALYST

UP TO £38,500

HYBRID (1 DAY A MONTH IN THEIR NORTHERN/SOUTHERN OFFICE)

Overview
A well-known retailer is looking for a CRM Analyst to join them in building a large-scale CRM programme.

This will be an exciting time to join the Campaign Analytics team to implement, deliver and optimise customer journeys throughout the lifecycle.


The role

You will:

  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive the customer communications to improve customer experience, build loyalty and improve business performance
  • Liaise closely stakeholders, committing to timely delivery of customer selections to fulfil the customer journey from a marketing perspective
  • Design and develop customer selections, seeking to understand, shape and meet our business and customer objectives
  • Produce bespoke analysis to inform, shape and optimise customer campaigns presenting clear recommendations

The experience
You don't have to tick all the boxes but if you have any of the following experience we would like to hear from you:

  • A background of using campaign management tools (such as Salesforce, Unica, Oracle, etc.) to develop and deliver campaign analysis and advice
  • A strong analytical curiosity to understand customer behaviour and present findings back to the business tailoring to your audience needs
  • Proven experience of using SQL for campaign selection / analytics
  • The ability to build and nurture strong relationships, taking responsibility and knowing when to ask for support

The benefits
You will receive up to £38,500 plus a bonus and other benefits.
