Job Title:
Service Delivery Advisor(ongoing temporary)

Salary:
£ £11.28 per hour

Location:
Central London

Tasks to include:

Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Liaising with Relationship Managers regarding the implementation of new & existing business
Liaising with main client contacts regarding requirements in terms of service delivery and developing relationships
Resource planning to cover relevant projects as per requirements
Deliver regular and accurate forecasts of service delivery to Senior Management.
Attend meetings with Account Managers and cients to discuss service
Gain customer leads and referral contacts
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
Attends marketing activities, eg, client meetings, promotions, advertising and exhibitions/trade fairs/conferences
Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements

Sales and/or Service delivery experience
Experience working to targets/ KPI's
A confident communicator, who is supportive, reliable and trustworthy
Someone who thrives on and is calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure
Confident use of excel
