Business Analyst (HRIS / HR Systems exp):

1 month rolling contract.

Outside IR3

Circa £425 per day.
Hybrid 2 days office maximum / 3 days remote (client based in London).

Company and role for Business Analyst (HRIS / HR Systems exp):
My client is an established global business who provide B2B media and analytics to the world's leading brands. They are currently looking for a HR Business Analyst to join them on a one month rolling contract.

Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst (HRIS / HR Systems exp):

Review and scope future requirements for HRIS solution (we currently have workday, but looking at HiBoB and BambooHR) and optimise existing solutions, by a full assessment in areas of HCM, Absence Management, Talent & Recruiting and Security by gatheringrequirements, designing, delivering, to support business transformation.
Help facilitate working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyse business and HR requirements globally.

Your Experience for Business Analyst (HRIS / HR Systems exp):

Strong Background as a HR focused Business Analyst.
Strong interpersonal skills & enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment.
Excellent analytical skills.
Experience of implementing new systems, workflows/processes and procedures.
Global HR knowledge.
