SENIOR INTERIOR ARCHITECT - HIGH END RESI - NW LONDON - CIRCA £50,000
An established studio that offer full services across both Interiors and Architecture are looking for an important hire into their team.
As their new Senior Interior Architectural Designer, you'll be working closely with the Design Director to manage, co-ordinate and execute all IA aspects of projects.
This is a fantastic chance to really put your stamp on projects as you take the lead and the growth plan will see you in due time run the Interior Architecture department.
With a clear focus in the high end residential market, you'll be working on luxury homes with sizeable budgets against high expectations.
- 10 years working in the UK prime residential sector.
- Proficiency with both AutoCAD and Revit.
- Technical / structural designs, interior architectural detailing and production of detailed drawing packages.
- Successful background project planning with management throughout.
- Driving license and vehicle to reach sites with ease.
The company offer company pension, 23 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and staff discounts as well as running an annual discretionary bonus.
Their office is on the NW London / Greater London fringes so you should be comfortable commuting to that area which is accessible via the Metropolitan line.
Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
