Are you an experienced administration assistant ready to make contribution in higher education? Are you detail-oriented and ready to bring your organisational skills to a dynamic team? Signature Recruitment is seeking a capable individual to join a prestigious London University.
This is a temporary, full-time position, an immediate start and will run for 3 months. The role is fully office-based.Administration Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct minutetaking during meetings and assist with timetabling requests.
- Coordinate invigilators and communicate seating plans and registers in advance of assessments.
- Manage room setup and takedown, ensuring a conducive environment for assessments.
- Monitor assessment progress, promptly reporting any issues for timely resolution.
- Support industrial placements by managing the inboxes, handling paperwork, and posting announcements to students.
Administration Assistant Key Skills:
- Attention to detail.

- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to team success.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£18.00-£18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
