Document Services
The Document Services department comprises nine teams, each specializing in delivering a distinct set of services.

These teams include The Bridge, which serves as the Document Services Helpdesk, as well as Document Production, Creative Services, Presentations, and Document Checking.

Additionally, the department includes Central Records, Central Scanning and E-bible, Office Assistants, Practice Support, and Print Room.


Working collaboratively, the dedicated members of the Document Services team ensure the production of exceptional documents that align with the unique requirements of our valued clients.

With a keen focus on quality, they oversee the entire process to guarantee that every deliverable meets the highest standards.


What you will do


From responding to incoming requests, to creating and amending documents with utmost accuracy and efficiency, you'll ensure that everything runs in a timely fashion.

You'll collaborate closely with other departments to manage deadlines, transcribe audio files, and create tables, flowcharts, and presentations. You'll proofread all work to ensure that accuracy, layout, and style are impeccable.

You will use track changes and comparison software like DeltaView, and you'll be an expert at troubleshooting any document problems that come your way.

You'll ensure that every document that passes through our department is perfectly formatted, stable, and adheres to our house style.


What you will have

  • Advanced Word/Office skills and the ability to produce, format and work with complex and lengthy documents and agreements
  • Proficient with Excel and proven ability to troubleshoot
The hours of work for this role are Wednesday to Sunday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
