The role _

As the
Technical Support Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

Support the company's service Engineers and customers with technical information and other resources.
Manage specific jobs and projects as appropriate.
Participate in the management of warranty work.
Brief and deploy engineers as required, ensuring that optimum competencies and resources are applied to each job and project.
Participate with others in the investigation of incidents, accidents or customer technical issues.

The experience required _

As a successful
Technical Support Advisor, you will have the following:

Engineering qualification.
Product industry or relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Travel UK & Ireland as required to support business requirements.
Attention to detail.
