This role can grow into a Chief Operating Officer level position.


The Role
We are seeking a top calibre Chief of Staff to support the CEO to help us grow the business.


We need uncompromising reliability, attention to details, C-level communication skills, office and events management skills and the ability to represent our CEO and Chief Negotiator, Alex Adamo on all operational and client representation matters.


We are a small team and you'll be a pivotal part of our growth and the success of our mission.

You will have significant responsibilities and project ownership and your performance will be expected to redefine industry standard. We love to work with people who love challenging themselves and learn new things.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct support to the CEO both on personal and company matters.
  • Liaise and negotiate on behalf of our CEO with Clevel stakeholders of the world's largest enterprises as well as ministerial and ambassadorial level diplomats.
  • Client engagement projects.
  • Client coordination
  • Client project management, minutes taking and coordination
  • Involved in internal and external confidential projects.
  • Involved in organising, attending and coordinating external meetings clients, strategic partners etc.
  • Be responsible for extensive diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences across multiple time zones.
  • Be responsible for travel booking and management.
  • Support on specific initiatives where extra administrative support is required.
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support.
  • Provide cover and support for other administrative roles in the team.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Advanced Google Workspace/Microsoft user and expert in coordinating and setting up all conference call platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Resilience and the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced, challenging environment.
  • Discretion and professional demeanor at all times.
