We are exclusively partnering with a fantastic organisation in Harrogate who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full-time (37.5hrs) permanent basis.

Salary is between £34,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience.

This is a true regional role where you will visit sites up to 2 days a week, work from the head office in Harrogate, and have the flexibility to work from home.

The company can provide a hire car or milage on travel, whicever suits you.

You have full autonomy managing your diary and some weeks may be quieter than others in terms of travel due to undertaking project work at home or at the Harrogate Head Office.

You will report directly into the HR Director.

This is a true generalist role where you will be supporting circa 450 employees across the organisation. You will work closely with the other HR Advisor in the team.

The Role:

Provide support and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle
Provide first line advice and management of ER cases including absence, welfare, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
Supporting with recruitment activities such as interviews, shortlists and delivering offers
Management of learning and development which will include arranging training, ensuring the database is up to date with qualifications, etc
Take ownership of some exciting HR projects
Support with the new HRIS being implemented
Ensure employment law knowledge is maintained and up to date
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and training

Requirements:

A true HR generalist with experience of supporting across the entire employee lifecycle
Strong employment law knowledge
Experience of managing ER cases from start to finish
System savvy ability to support with the HRIS implementation
Ability to build longlasting and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience of working in a busy HR function
CIPD L5 qualified or relevant experience

Package:

- £34,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience
