Administrative SecretaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a IFAS Administrative Secretary, to provide administrative support to the Project Director of a team going through the implementation of new Accounting Policies (IFAS) and Software (NetSuite)

Contract: 3 year fixed term contract, full time, 35 hours per week

About the role:The role of Administrative Secretary is a varied and challenging position, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the department, which include but are not limited to assisting with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and meetings,booking conference events and minute taking.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Organise and manage Project Directors calendar.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and meetings.
- Taking notes and minutes in staff meetings.
- Undertake training as deemed necessary.
- Preparing agenda and minutes of special meetings and following through on decisions that are agreed by prompting and encouraging good practice.
- Arrange for conference venues, accommodations, airport taxis, etc.
- With approval of Project Director, work with Travel Manager to coordinate flights for all participants.
About you:
As Administrative Secretary you will need to have exemplary administration skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise your workload.
You will have business acumen, the ability to coordinate and maintain confidentiality whilst being supportive to other colleagues and stakeholders.
You will be a team player and have good capabilities across a wide range of disciplines, including administrative and secretarial.
