DOMICILIARY CARE
DISS, SUFFOLK
Salary of £29,000 per annum

We offer a concierge service, hourly care or live-in care.

Full Time 40 hours per week + rotered on call

We are looking for a self-motivated, full time care coordinator who has the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, along with good communication skills and have the ability to work effectively with team members and carers.

You will be responsible for- Assisting the Branch Manager with shift allocation

Assisting the Branch Manager with induction and training for new carers
Collating and monitoring information to provide reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintaining carer and customer files and ensuring all records are up to date
General administration as directed by the Branch Manager
Supporting the Branch Manager with customer visits, when required
