Allensmore Nurseries Ltd are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team based at the Head Office site in Allensmore, Hereford.
We are a market leading, customer focused organisation supplying high quality garden plants to a wide range of garden centres, DIY stores and supermarkets across the UK.
We have a team of over 200 employees based at 3 locations all close to Hereford and we grow in excess of 6 million plants a year.
This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, dynamic and expanding family owned local company.**Main Responsibilities/Duties:

- Maintenance of Employee records ( starters/leavers/employment changes)
- Absence Management
- Administering the company organisational structure as and when required
- Administration of training programmes
- Minutetaking
- Weekly reporting on labour costs to Senior Management team
- Reception Duties
- Answering phones, greeting customers
- Administering weekly employee newsletters
- Preparing and collating weekly hours for up to 200 employees
- Support any Payroll/HR projects as required
- Flexibility to carry out other administrative duties within the department as and when required

- Good Numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
