Our staff are trained in most areas of the cafe and help where ever is needed whether it's making the perfect coffe or washing up.

Café Supervisor

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train café staff.
• Monitor food production and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure cafe is clean and tidy, full clean down at the end of day. Keeping stock rooms tidy.
• Implement and enforce food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- offer impeccable customer service and have awareness that staff are following your lead.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food production and barista skills. Ability to make perfect coffees.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills
