Flock Cafe is a small business on the outskirts of Cambridge. We are a busy cafe offering a high standard of coffee and brunch style food. We have a good reputation with our customers with many regulars that expect a relaxed yet professional service.
Our staff are trained in most areas of the cafe and help where ever is needed whether it's making the perfect coffe or washing up.
Café SupervisorDuties
- Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train café staff.
- Monitor food production and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure cafe is clean and tidy, full clean down at the end of day. Keeping stock rooms tidy.
- Implement and enforce food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food production and barista skills. Ability to make perfect coffees.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills
