I am looking for a Stores Supervisor who is responsible for the correct forecasting of materials throughout our aircraft cabin interiors client at London Heathrow.


You will also be managing the daily operations with the Lead Planner/Stores Team, you will be advising of all materials that are available and ensuring the correct Stock levels are maintained across all sites.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with multiple people in various operational roles to forecast and plan for materials, parts and components to arrive on time and in the right locations.
  • Foams/Carpet Kits/Seat Covers/Seat materials monitoring.
  • Adjust Min/Max levels in the Quantum system as required to match demand with supply lead times.
  • Monitor inventory levels at remote bases, arrange shipping of parts/ reallocation as required
  • Working with the Store's person ensuring stock is accurate and stock checked regularly in key areas.
  • Work on continuous improvement of procedures and processes within the department/QA
  • Working with Senior Management on key reports for Stock management
Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to effectively manage Capacity and Resource planning.
  • Strong customer service, communication skills and attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated, strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work within a team of strongminded individuals in a fastmoving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
