Together Paddington Works offers co-working, studios, meeting room and event space across two locations in west London - Paddington Works and Porchester Works.

Porchester Works is a 32,000 sq foot serviced office space that has been sympathetically converted and extended to provide spacious and characterful work space and four exquisitely executed residential penthouses.

Conveniently located on a doorstep of Paddington, iconic Notting Hill and Queensway, Porchester Works utilises the fantastic array of shops and transport facilities in the locality.

Paddington Works, launched in 2018 is a 14,000 sq ft private studio and co-working space with production and events facilities.

Responsibilities:


Co-ordinate the effective set up and operation of studio, meeting room and event space at Porchester Works, ensuring we are creating amazing spaces and seamless joining experiences for our tenants and guests to thrive.


  • Effectively and efficiently run all aspects of the operation, including the coordination of 3rd party contractors to see works through to ontime, toquality completion
  • Run the set up and close down of studio space, maintaining the agreed aesthetic of Porchester Works
  • Ensure space standards are maintained and studio, meeting and event space is presentationally ready for viewings
  • Act as a point of contact for all operational and maintenance issues for tenants and guests, seeing them through to satisfactory resolution
  • Set up, and maintain a preplanned maintenance schedule
  • Implement operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the studio, meeting room and event space
  • Act as a first point of contact for the FM partner, liaising on a day to day basis
  • Set up and run the building inventory to include items stored in off site locations
O- versee the movement (collection and returns) of equipment between off site storage locations and Porchester Works, and within the building

  • Define building equipment requirements, source suppliers and manage the procurment process within agreed parameters
  • Ensure adherence to the building security measures including safe storage of access keys and cards, cancelling lost/old access cards
  • Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and maintened
  • Complete statutory Health and Safety documentation and reporting
  • Maintain operational knowledge base
Support the successful operation of the meeting rooms and event spaces

  • Assist the day to day operation including, but not limited to; guest customer service; managing ad hoc member queries
  • Support the creation of a Porchester Works community culture
Support the team to collaborate effectively

  • Work effectively as part of a team towards KPI targets
  • Maintain company standards and expectations
  • Manage personal KPI's and targets

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant experience in operational roles in coworking or hospitality
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Contractor management skills and experience in issue resolution
  • Attention to detail, including aesthetics
  • Knowledge of procurement processes
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work well with others
  • Experience of setting up and managing building management processes and software

Note:
This is an on-site role, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
