Care Coordination Solution User Trainer
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a User trainer for The Care Coordination Solution (CCS).

The Care Coordination Solution is an exciting new digital system which provides those responsible for scheduling, booking and delivering planned surgical patient care with visibility and transparency into their NHS Trust waitlist and theatre sessions.

It is a solution which provides a near real time view of their patient waiting list and digital diary, and enables consultants to have input into their lists where they would like to do so.

It also enables consultants to re-prioritise patients, using rich, clean data to inform decision making to maximise theatre lists.

Location:
Hybrid (Will need to go into the office minimum 3 days per week, United Hospitals of North Midlands, Newcastle Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 6QG)

Hours:
Mon-Fri 37.5 Hours

Initial term:
Up to 31/03/2023 (with the possibility to be extended)


Main duties of this User Trainer role;

  • To provide training to clinicians and nonclinicians (in patient facing roles) in Trusts by educating and delivering training on the CCS to groups and oneonone sessions
  • To be responsible for the effective delivery of training by analysing and scoping issues, undertaking training needs assessments, identifying user and business requirements, and thus adapting the training offering and approach tailored to user specific requirements
  • To work with trusts against their delivery plans and to meet their implementation targets
  • To support adoption of the tool by guiding users through the change process from initial awareness and desire to use the tool, to providing the knowledge and skills to use the tool, to reinforcing the active use of the tool after implementation
  • To monitor performance and regularly report upwards against plans, targets and priorities, escalating actions, risks and issues where appropriate
  • To maintain an overall understanding of the strategic direction of training within the organisation and other relevant priorities
  • To operate independently and autonomously, following the agreed workplan for your individual Trust(s), while working within a recognised national team structure where you contribute and feed in input to positively influence the direction of the programme
    Skills required for this User Trainer role;
  • Experience working in adult learning (preferred)
  • Evidence of working within professional multidisciplinary team (Essential).
  • Experience of training users in a digital system or data platform, especially in a healthcare or public sector environment (preferred).
  • Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders of various seniorities (Essential)
  • Good understanding of digital systems and data platforms (Essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which can be tailored depending on audience (Essential).
  • Knowledge of training techniques and delivery approaches (preferred).
  • Proven ability to effectively problemsolve (Essential).
  • Experience scoping training requirements and conducting training needs assessments (preferred)
  • Experience of working within a change management/training setting. (Essential)
  • Understanding of IG, Confidentiality and Data protection. (Essential)
