About the Role:_


Being part of the Direct to Client team you will engage with our non-advised clients through a variety of communication methods.

This role plays a pivotal role as you will have a wide-ranging scope within the organisation. You will ensure all functions of wealth management scope are managed effectively in line with the clients' requirements.

About You:_

  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fastpaced environment.
  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.

Duties/Responsibilities:_

  • Be the link and establish points of contact throughout the True Potential Group
  • Assist the nonadvised clients on the wide array of platform requests that you will receive daily.
  • Be a first point solution for any True Potential Investor client.
  • Understanding of pension/retirement processing and opting out.
  • Excellent understanding of Office 365 and other software packages

Salary:
From £22,672.00 per year

  • Newburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
