Fixed Term contract (until 5th January 2023)

Full Time, 40 hours per week

£11.99/hour

Starting ASAPThe Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. Based at our iconic heritage site in Covent Garden, the ROH Shop is open to our visitors and customers daily from midday.

We are now looking for a Retail Assistant to support the ROH team across the busy Winter season.

Confident, helpful manner and consistent high level of customer care and service (instore and online)
Proven experience in a retail environment
Proficiency in learning new systems and stock inventories
Numeracy and accuracy in cash handling, reconciliation, order processing and stock taking
Ability to manage own time effectively and use initiative in a busy role
