Data and Reporting Specialist (Office Based)
Networks Team - Swindon, SN5 6PE - Hybrid
About the role
As a Data and Report Specialist, you'll support the Network Team by managing, updating and reporting on key data.
Through 'owning' the data (in Excel), you will be the 'go to' person for a variety of stakeholders needing up to date and accurate data.
Regular and ad hoc requests for reports and specific dashboards will see you monitoring and providing data related to a wide range of topics.
A passion for data would of course be fantastic and a proven track record of delivering accurate information sources.

payzone level A- Salary of upto £25,000 with upto £1,100 bonus.
We operate a hybrid working option that gives you up to 2 days working from home per week.

About you
Joining us as a Data and Reporting Specialist, you'll be just as comfortable with your head in the data and building reports, as you are with working in a team and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised and able to deliver accurate reports and data in a timely way, at times without a lot of notice.
You'll be able to interpret the needs of the team and be able to create your own presentations to support the requirements and be able to discuss in detail.
Proficiency across Microsoft tools, in particular Excel, you are confident and capable with Pivot tables, Macros and V Look Ups.
Producing business and supplier dashboards.You'll be joining a high achieving team that operates in a fast-paced environment. We're always looking to improve our offering to all customers and improve the experience all our customers have.
Process improvement is everyone's responsibility within the team, we'll look to you to appropriately raise solutions and options to implement.
Key skills you will need:
- Expert Excel skills
- Ability to do Pivot tables, V Look Ups and Macros
- Excellent planning skills and able to handle ever changing priorities
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Happy to roll up your sleeves as part of a team
