    The Role

    We're searching for a driven and ambitious individual with a strong understanding of the agriculture industry to join one of the UK's most respected, family-owned fuel suppliers.

    As Agriculture Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with local agricultural businesses, while identifying opportunities to deliver value through our client's products and services.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with agriculture businesses, both existing and new customers.
    Identifying and developing new local business opportunities through research and networking.
    Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Present and demonstrate products and services in a way that resonates with agricultural clients
    Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure business and ensure long-term customer loyalty
    Deliver exceptional customer service before and after-sales.
    Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including calls, meetings, presentations and follow-ups.

    The Candidate

    Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the agriculture sector, either through direct experience or a strong connection to the industry.

    Your ability to understand the needs and challenges within agriculture will be key.

    While previous sales experience is beneficial, we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate industry knowledge, credibility, and a natural ability to connect with people.

    Through your success in this role, you'll be given the opportunity to develop your career and progress within the business.


    Key Skills:
    Strong understanding of the agriculture industry is essential.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
    Sales or Business Development experience within the agriculture industry is desirable.
    Strong negotiation and closing skills, able to convert prospects into sales.
    Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
