Contract
£361.33 per day PAYE

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer (Health and Social Care)

Note this is predominantly a hybrid working assignment. This is not expected to develop into a full-time office requirement. Likely for hybrid working arrangements with say 2 days office based. We currently attend the office 1 day in every 2 weeks, but this frequency is expected to increase.

1. 2 Years work experience of running a Tender Process on an electronic Procurement Portal. Experience of - setting up projects in the system and knowledge of workflows and activities within. Note Tower Hamlets use The London Tenders e-procurement portal (Proactis) but equivalent operating system is acceptable. Knowledge of publishing requirements (contract finder etc).

  • Significant experience of over threshold procurements (including frameworks)
  • Experience of carrying out calloffs from frameworks
  • Experience of using large Public Buying Organisations(PBOs) frameworks for Call-Off Contracts e.g. ESPO, YPO
  • Experience of CCS frameworks for Call-Off Contracts
  • Experience of managing tender exercise for high value home care contact
  • Use of London Tenders e
- portal (Proactis)

  • Experience of publishing tenders under LTR
  • Experience of health and social care service policy and legislation requirements
  • Understanding of health and social care sectors
