We are recruiting a part-time administrator, working 25 hours a week across 5 days (Monday to Friday), to support our training and fundraising teams.


Dingley's Promise's is a charity whose mission is to give children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) the best start.


Our centres provide a place where children in the Early Years (aged 0-5) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), come to develop skills through play.


We also support families directly with information and training and provide advice to mainstream settings to help them include children with SEND.


Our Central Team, where you work, focusses on fundraising, communication and the development and delivery of our national training programme.


As an Administrator you will:

  • Support the coordination and delivery of the training programme by carrying out administrative tasks, following direction from the Training Programme Manager.
  • Accurately maintain a database of learners, which will grow to over 30,000 in 5 years, whilst suggesting and implementing process improvements as required.
  • Be the single point of contact for all training enquiries, registering learners, resolving queries, cascading enquiries within the team.
  • Produce monitoring reports on KPIs and learner progress for the Board and partners organisations.
  • Evaluate, track, and analyse training questionnaires, proactively collating learner suggestions and queries.
  • Support the fundraising and communications team by carrying out administrative tasks.
  • Support the co-ordination of fundraising events, following direction from the Fundraising and Communications Manager.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the organisation.

Hours: 25 per week - (5 hours per day Monday - Friday)


Salary:
£13,546 (FTE £20,319)

Experience:


  • Experienced administrator with 2 years plus relevant experience, preferably in a training or fundraising team.

Work Authorisation:


  • All applicant must be able to provide evidence of their Right To Work in the United Kingdom (required).

Work Location:

This is a home-based role, involving regular travel within Berkshire and with national/regional travel as required.
