D365 Architect | CRM 2011 to Dynamics 365 Migration | FinTech

Our client has been an established name within their niche sector in the Financial Services space for over 40 years.

With their head office in London, global offices and circa 600 employees in the business, they are a truly global and recognised brand.

Excitingly they're going through a huge programme of change and development and this project is an example of being a part of that.

Essential:

D365 technical management and migration/architecture knowledge
Ability to lead a crossfunctional, distributed team to deliver successfully
Track record of delivering on time, quality and budget
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to articulate complex messages with clarity and ease to all audiences and flex style as required
Commercial awareness
Ability to cope with high demand requirements of stakeholders
Expertise in driving decisions and implementing operational plans
Team player and achieving for the group rather than individual

Desirable:

General understanding of operationalising a Bank / Financial Services Institution
Experience of Payments Infrastructure
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Compliance background would be an advantage but is not a requirement

Tech stack / Things you will be up to:

D365, Azure, Power Platform, MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Prince2 qualified (or equivalent) desirable, not required
Planning, monitoring and controlling workstreams, including risk management
Able to create analytics and reports for the senior leadership team
Financial control and budget management
Operational management, process management and control
