Job Title:
Teaching Assistant (No Experience Needed)

/Part-time

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience (£80-£130)

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Support individual students or small groups with their learning, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and maintaining a tidy and organized learning space.
Prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student progress and any areas of concern.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in education or childcare is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from lead teachers.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
Willingness to undergo background checks and any other screening required for working with children.
