DPS Tableware Ltd specialises in the importation and distribution of tableware and foodservice solutions to the catering and hospitality sectors.
Operating from our 41,000 Sq. ft.Warehouse & Head Office in Stone, Staffordshire, we distribute our products to the market place via a nationwide network of UK distributors.
The Job Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, your role will entail but is not limited to:
- Picking of pallet and parcel orders within the warehouse
- Wrapping of pallet orders and affixing delivery labels
- Packing of parcel orders within the packing room
- Loading of orders on to vehicles
- Goods Out
- Unloading of containers and vehicles
- Goods In
- Checking of stock and maintaining inventory
- Abide by all company process's and H&S regulations
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
- Any other general warehouse or adhoc duties as/when required.
Experience / Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is advantageous
- Ability to operate a hand pallet truck and lift or move heavy products
- Possess good literacy and mathematical skills with a high attention to detail
- A team player with a positive "can do" attitude
- Ability to multi task, working in a fast paced and busy role.
- Well organised with the ability to work using your own initiative
- FLT Licence is desirable but not essential
The Package:
- Day shift 08:00 to 17:00 (overtime is expected to suit business needs when required)
- 20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
