The Role
Opportunities on Evenings 2:00pm until 10:00pm (40 hours) plus opportunities for overtime. This role is a permanent role with opportunities to progress.
To load & unload vehicles & store product appropriately. To support and assist the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse.
Direct Responsibilities
- Dispatch and receive stock into the warehouse using the systems in place, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- All FLT work including unloading of vehicles and narrow isle work whilst order picking, as well as all relevant safety checks and paperwork.
- Supervise and support warehouse operatives on the Wrexham site.
- First point of contact for internal warehouse queries.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure stocks are accurate and queries are dealt with efficiently
- Ensure that staff are motivated and provided with the appropriate amount of support
- Day to day running of the warehouse in an efficient manner to ensure a smooth experience between departments
- Ensuring health and safety standards as well as food safety standards are adhered to.
- Reporting any issues where needed.
- Providing stock to production as & when requested
- Controlling stocks using Encore Stock Control system
- Maintaining and servicing warehouse tool, machinery and trucks
- Moving, counting and organising stock
- Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in, removing waste & empty pallets
- Plan stock holdings to ensure that adequate materials are available to satisfy the daily & weekly plan
- Ensure new starters are made to feel welcome and supported during their initial six months at Wholebake.
- Any other reasonable request
- Good organizational skills
- Must have a valid counterbalance FLT license
- Numerate
- Eager to progress
- Great timekeeping skills
- experience within a warehouse managerial role is beneficial

Salary:
£26,520.00 per year

High contact areas are regularly sanitised. Full PPE provided on site.
Twice weekly Rapid Lateral Flow Testing. Hand sanitiser available in all public areas.
