Registered Nurse - Health Assessment, hybrid office and home based
Full time 37.5 hours
Part time from 22.5 hours per week
£39,500 base salary (pro-rata for part time nurse)

Experienced RGN Nurse required with NHS experience, and clinical experience with varied medical presentations including mental and physical health conditions with adult patients
A diverse position where you will meet patients face to face, as well as conduct medical file review
Your nurse and nursing expertise is used to create a detailed medical report on each case considering medical history, presentation at the appointment and relates to the ADL and capabilities of each patient considering their condition(s), and mental and physical disabilities
In this role you will:
Work in a regular and stable environment with good working hours, relationships and facilities
Broaden your medical knowledge and enrich your nurse expertise with pharmacological, physical, mental health, neurological and further branches of health and medicine
Help patients and funders to ensure a holistic and comprehensive assessment is conducted and full written report provided
Requirements:
NMC Level 1 Registered Nurse with a full registration without conditions of practice
At least 2 years' experience as an Adult Nurse including NHS mental and physical health settings
Diversity and disability inclusive
Expertise as a clinician, preferably holding Royal College of Nursing (RCN) membership
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
IT Competent, able to concisely document observations using IT systems
