My client have experienced significant growth within their real estate team and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their market-leading real estate team in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate documents.
  • Provide advice to clients to ensure that their interests are protected and that all relevant laws and regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Provide support to the key client teams concerning aspects of complex asset management projects
  • Begin to develop client relationships for clients ranging from private equity funds to property companies.
  • Collaborate with the teams based in Manchester and London
Skills and Competency

  • Experience dealing with a varied and high quality caseload.
  • Solid transactional real estate experience, working in a fastpaced environment
  • Analytical and drafting skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues
  • Commercial focus with a knowledge of key areas of the law and able to provide clear, concise, practical advice
  • Working collaboratively with other fee earners
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • The ability to work independently but also keen to work in a challenging, teambased environment
