We are seeking to expand our operations team, looking for a number of position specifically Operations Executive to join our team based in Doncaster.


  • You must have good attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and able to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage competing priorities, projects and deadlines
  • Proficient with technology adequate computer skills with Word, Excel and database experience
  • A 'can do' attitude, able to get along with anyone
  • Have initiative and an eye for detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
  • Must be willing to travel
We're looking for someone polite, friendly, trustworthy, honest excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be a team player and not afraid to get your hands dirty.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of the auction catalogue onsite for a multitude of businesses, local councils, and educational establishments. This includes manual handling, photography and condition reports.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management of the auction upload including proofing and initial valuations.
  • Working alongside subcontractor teams to coordinate projects/events.
  • Full accountability for the auction collection process from postsale through to physical collection itself.
  • Onsite leadership liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful coordination of auction collections.
  • Supporting accounts team by chasing nonpayers.
  • Passing across all relevant information post auction to the accounts team such as noncollections, cash sales and any additional agreements.
  • Reconcile onsite projects with our inhouse accounts team.
  • Management and control of stock held within multiple locations including our warehouses.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in an operations role regardless of industry
  • An understanding of Health and Safety & Risk Assessments
  • Knowledge of auction software
Competitive salary. Other benefits include 28 days holiday (including statutory), pension, full T&E, company gym.
