Brik Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Resident Services Manager to join a leading Build To Rent company to look after 2 of its prestigious residential developments.
This is a great opportunity to work for an award-winning company that reallylooks after and invests in its staff.The role requires both Building and Lettings Management experience and will be based in South West London with 1 day a week's travel to South East London.
As Senior Resident Services Manager, your duties will include:- Providing first class customer service to residents
- Liaising between contractors and clients
- Preparing quotes
- Registering works orders on system
- Liaising with engineers
- Raising invoices
- Carrying out site visits and client meetings
- Compiling reports for clients
We are looking for a very organised individual withprevious experience working as a Resident Services Manager within residential property and lettings management.
Applicants should have a warm and friendly manner with a willingness to go above and beyondto meet and exceed customer expectations.
You should have an eye for detail, the ability to produce accurate information and be able to maintain a courteous and helpful manner whatever the situation.
This role is paying £40k-£43k,with an average 40 hours per week; 09.00 till days per week and 09.00 till day per week and alternate Saturdays from 10.00 till 15.00.
