Brik Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Resident Services Manager to join a leading Build To Rent company to look after 2 of its prestigious residential developments.

This is a great opportunity to work for an award-winning company that reallylooks after and invests in its staff.

The role requires both Building and Lettings Management experience and will be based in South West London with 1 day a week's travel to South East London.

As Senior Resident Services Manager, your duties will include:

Providing first class customer service to residents
Liaising between contractors and clients
Preparing quotes
Registering works orders on system
Liaising with engineers
Raising invoices
Carrying out site visits and client meetings
Compiling reports for clients

We are looking for a very organised individual withprevious experience working as a Resident Services Manager within residential property and lettings management.

Applicants should have a warm and friendly manner with a willingness to go above and beyondto meet and exceed customer expectations.

You should have an eye for detail, the ability to produce accurate information and be able to maintain a courteous and helpful manner whatever the situation.

This role is paying £40k-£43k,with an average 40 hours per week; 09.00 till days per week and 09.00 till day per week and alternate Saturdays from 10.00 till 15.00.
