Duties Include:

Recruiting suitable and sufficient suppliers to meet business needs.

Manage the production of an operator performance table, ensuring the operator account manager has the required information to measure performance.

Ensuring all legally required supplier paperwork is kept up to date.

Ensure that an up-to-date list of safe bus & coach pickup points is maintained and issue operational updates to suppliers and customers when required.

Assist all departments within AAS to recruit adequate bus and coach suppliers to meet business needs. Where required, deputise for the Operator Account Manager, Wales.

Organised and process driven.
Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills.
Experience in supplier management, preferably within the transport sector.
Geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom and specific knowledge of Welsh Rail Network is advantageous
Flexibility to travel across the UK to visit customers and suppliers as required, often at short notice.
A full UK driving licence is a requirement for this role.
