Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Upselling experience is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,306.02 per year
