You'll oversee and grow the companies social media presence across all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat & TikTok. Creating and curating content that resonates with their target audience.

Junior Social Media Manager responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Set measurable goals and objectives for campaigns, and report on ROI to help analyse the longterm needs of the company's social media strategy.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Develop weekly reports on emerging social media trends, competitor activity and channel performance.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Draft short, snappy captions to be used across a range of platforms.

Junior Social Media Manager requirements

3+ years of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Experience using analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
Self-Motivated.
The ability to work within a team and independently.
Good communication skills.
